I miss coaching young people.

In short, I miss scouting. To be able to groom and guide someone in their teens and see how they grow into fine young men/ women. Although i enjoyed coaching paddling, it does not give me that sense of satisfaction/ fulfillment of seeing someone growing under your guidance. Participants just come and go. Yes, it is a different sense of satisfaction coaching them and bringing out the passion for the sports in them. This short tinge of training session with them, however, does not allow me to see through their development. 2-3 days and that's it. Hmmm.... Though i miss scouting, guess wont be back for the time being. Circumstances do not allow me to. Or perhaps there are other reasons that i refuse to come to terms with.
