post new year post?

Been really busy recently. Done with Adjam now comes Volvo ocean race - race for the environment. Was glad about the outcome of Adjam; everything turned out fine eventually. Kudos to everyone from NUS ODAC. Guess it gonna be my first and last ODAC Project. I have my reservations. Special thanks to Lyemeng, kenny and sebastian. Thanks for being my loyal team players. Appreciate your selflessness and excellent team play.

Volvo Ocean Race
- another hair puller. 1 more week to event and funds are not in yet. So fustrating. Yet to lose my cool, fortunately. Thanks for the operation team for DSG for being so ready to help and apologies for the clash with the unit event. Esp moo teng for his understanding regarding all the last minute changes.

Results
- out and quite happy about that. Manage to maintain my CAP despite a drop in confidence while taking the exams. First A+ from NUS, unexpected. hehe.

Trebuchet Competition
- oh ya, this is the 3rd project for the holidays. formed a team with my course mates to participate in this NUS annual event. Gotta be interesting I believe.

Passing of my aunt
- she's gone. and there goes the laughter for the family during festive season.
This incident left me to ponder over my relationships with my parents. been taking them for granted. What can i do to make myself a better son?

Christmas and new year celebration with Mel
- I come to appreciate spending all these moments with her. Used to prefer spending such occasions with my friends instead. This year seems different when i spent it exclusively with her.

New year resolution?
1) to be a better son
2) *surprise
3) Handing over of my VSL role. Time to move on.
4) NOC/ EADS scholarship/ SEP.
5) Exercise regularly. Getting unfit. never ever in my life have I been so sickly and unfit.

Guess that is all for now. Need to plan out the above. If not, it will end up being just a wishlist rather than a target.
